What Should We Expect After the Pandemic Based on the Aftermath of the Spanish Flu?
Differences in social behavior during a pre-pandemic and post-pandemic
With the immunization program at full speed around the world, we are all wondering if life will go back to normal after this pandemic. So many things have changed and so many lifestyles have been crucially impacted that many people think that the world will never be able to reset after this event.
However, if we take a look at some of the previous major pandemics that have taken place at an international level we see that the world, even when hit much harder than this pandemic, always returned to normal as if nothing happened. With this current generation, I think it will be more predominant than ever, however, only time can tell.
I say this because people in our time stop caring about certain major events that even included the death of millions around the world after a short time. Most that would still have a significant scar that won’t allow them to return to a prior normal life are those who have lost their close ones due to Covid.
