How Classical Music Activates inner Emotions
I got Beethoven on my mind
A little background
Whilst you may think that you are normal you may sometimes forget to look around you and see that normal does not necessarily exist. What may be normal for me could be very out of the ordinary to you. The reason as to why I use this as a beginning is to describe the amount of time I spend listening to music. When I write or do work for a university, in general, I must listen to music in order to be more proficient. It helps me concentrate on a whole new level as if I lock myself in another dimension but, no matter how loud or distracting someone else may find this for me is not a problem.
Long-time ago I have met this surgeon who was doing most of its surgeries whilst listening to Metallica and it seemed so strange to me that such a distracting genre of music can help concentrate an activity that can be of life or death. Throughout my research, most of the test that has been carried out have been utilising classical music. On the other hand, I have grown a high interest in classical music as I find it very relaxing but, most importantly the genre that brings my emotions out the most.
