As a HR profesional there are risks implied to whislte blowing, many people think it is easy but it isn't as once you whilsteblow some companies may not accept you anymore as they see you as a risk. It is a very debated topic, but it isn't as easy as people think to get the truth out. Although it is the right thing to do, it could have long term negative implications for whomever blows the whistle.
