10 kilometres a day

For quite some time I have started to believe that our psychical achievements can motivate our psychological goals that we set in life. Anything that we do in this life can be enjoyable even if it may seem as a difficult challenge. How about if you were to actually reach some sort of inner mental power that will allow you to see the challenge as a basic necessity that must be completed such as brushing your teeth every morning and night. Therefore I do believe that the power of our mindsets based with a persons locus of control can redefine the impossible factor of most challenges. This article has been written to show that you can do more and accomplish more than you think you can.

The summer is a wonderful time to be outside and be active not only because of the weather but also for the reason of the day being longer than any other period of the year. Usually in the summer period I end up having long walks with my friends and we try to avoid any means of transportation as we love to walk, this is mainly cause by not being so active the rest of the year, I am mostly stuck on a desk at a computer with the eventuality of going to the printer and back. So I would end up making at least 10 kilometres a day without wanting to walk this distance or sometimes not even realising that I am walking this distance and after a few days I started keeping count on my smartphone of how much I have been walking a everyday.
